Auntie Frieda decided to make a home-school moment of our snail encounter and picked the little guy up to show the kids up close. Viola even touched it. Ewwww gross.

Te snail was then placed off of the trail, out of harm's way. Well at least the harm that comes from being stepped on or run over by a jogging stroller.

There were also quite a few quacks out this morning.
