We met Cindy, Jake, Bailey and the gang in Chattanooga for a little pre-Christmas fun on the way up to Virginia.
Viola enjoyed some quality time with Cindy under a cozy throw looking at pamphlets.
We got to climb on the train and run up and down this long colonnade every morning to and from the heaping breakfast buffet.
On Saturday Bailey ran 50 miles while the rest of us walked all over the aquarium.
We saw all kinds of creatures. Viola even spotted a tiny snail.
I got to hold a butterfly. It really liked me.
Every body wants to see the penguins up close.
This penguin wanted to see Garner up close.
It looks like one of the penguins escaped and is now living happily amongst the clown fish.
It was super cool.
Look out Viola!
We were really starting to feel like fish by the end of the day.
| The kids showed this mountain music man a thing or two about how to cut a rug. |
But I think that most of all Viola liked to push this button.
We also went to the Children's Museum. Viola was so excited on the way that she fell asleep.
She woke up to harness some electricity.
And put on a talking dog show.
Aunt Rachel is lots of fun.
We even tried to take Viola to see Toy Story 3 at the IMAX theater. I don't think that she is quite ready for the theater. Especially with only 25 minutes of nap under her belt.
Thanks Cindy, we had a blast.
