Zoo Day

We took Viola to the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens for a birthday celebration on Saturday.
We saw all of these animals and more.
This elephant ate an entire head of cauliflower in one bite.
Everyone was impressed.
I hope that Viola enjoyed the zoo as much as Brian and I did.
We got up close and personal with some of the animals.
Here Viola sits mere centimeters from a poisonous snake.
The giraffes kept their distance from us as we did not pay $2 for the special grass that you buy so that they will come eat out of your hand.
This Rosetta Spoonbill let viola get really close.
Viola thought it was hilarious.
The Komodo dragon wasn't scared of Viola in the least.
Neither was this leopord.
Is it rude to point at animals?
Then came Viola's favorite part, the train.  She was giddy with excitement.

 And then she fell asleep.
It was a good day to be two.
